BMI: Body Mass Index is a height-to-weight ratio, calculated by the following formula: weight (kg)/height (m2). The desirable BMI range is 18-24 for all ages. Additional Information

BMR: Basal Metabolic Rate represents the total energy used by the body to maintain normal functions at rest like breathing and circulation. Normal daily activities and exercise increase your metabolism (calorie use).
Impedance: Impedance is your body’s strength and speed to a mild electrical current sent through the body. Muscle tissue is a conductor of the current and fat tissue is a resistor.
Desirable Range: This is the healthy range for Fat% and Fat Mass.
